Where is my package?
Nomad Ventures is a small business and we go above and beyond in providing the best customer service possible. We ask for patience and understanding with a processing time of up to 48 hours. If you have not received a Shipping confirmation after 2 business days, please send an email to support@NomadVentures.com referencing your order number and we will look into resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
How are returns handled?
Return of items bought online must be done via UPS or FedEx. Customers will be responsible for return shipping. Please review our Shipping and Returns page for more detailed information.
