- Nomad Ventures is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Returns must be in original packaging and with original tags attached.
- Returns must be in new, unused condition. This includes footwear. Any return requests or warranty issues should be submitted to support@NomadVentures.com, and a staff member will assist you.
- Items bought online must be returned to our warehouse. We will not accept returns from online purchases in stores.
- Returns must be sent UPS or FEDEX. The warehouse will not accept USPS packages.
- Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Nomad Ventures has always cared about safety. In order to ensure that products remain uncompromised, the following items are NON-RETURNABLE online or in-store.
- ANY Climbing gear.
- Bedding (Sleeping Bags, Pads, Pillows, Liners, etc.)
- Fuel (*Note: currently we are unable to sell Fuel online. This pertains to in-store purchases).
- Electronics (Please reach out to support@NomadVentures.com if there is a warranty claim)
- ANY sale item.
